For New Year’s Eve, Noise of Art will be making full use of Sketch’s room of high density surround visual projectors, where DJs will be collaborating with live musicians as Ben Osborne, Kan’t / They Came From The Stars I Saw Them and Les homes Du Train play live amongst the audience. There will also be a space bar, with revelling aliens, a deep space chill out bar and a space pod bar with live Theremin music.
The Immaculate Extremists will be adding futuristic flare to the already space-craft like surroundings of Sketch, as costumed performers merge with the crowd. Back pack projectionists MOTH will be making the characters fly through space and adding real time filming to the projections. Overlap will perform a 360 degree audio visuals set and live video mixes of vintage Soviet space mission films provided by the British Film Institute while Your Mum’s surround visual projections will be transforming the toilets into a scene from Alien.
Enjoy the film and see you on the dancefloor for the last dance of the Naughties.
