Ben Osborne at National Portrait Gallery
On Thursday 28 September Noise of Art founder, DJ Ben Osborne, plays a set inspired by the portraits at Central London’s iconic art gallery.
Tonight’s set will also reference the NPG’s current Douglas Borthers exhibition, which documents the late 1980s, when a new generation of young musicians, actors and novelists began receiving critical acclaim for their work. This display presents portraits of these now celebrated cultural figures.
As well as the odd 80’s tune, Ben will be spinning a trademark set spanning everything from “classic techno, punk-funk, galactic house, to deep down and dirty disco” (Time Out),
Then on Friday 29 October Ben Will be joining Award winning Czech singer Maella and Camden button presser Clxxord, at The Constitution, for a down to earth knees up at Camden Underground.
