French Touch Expo Goes To Paris

Noise of Art and Red Gallery are showing a taster of their French Touch Exhibition at Machine in Moulin Rouge, Paris, during MAMA 2017 Festival (Weds 18 to Fri 20 Ocotober).
October’s taster exhibiton is the debut of the acclaimed French Touch Exhibtion in Paris, following its successful run in London earlier this year. It has received major press coverage, with features being run in The Guardian Guide (10 Best thinsg to do in the UK), Time Out, DJ Mag, Mix Mag and other publications.
The exhibtion, which assembles 100 years worth of photographs and artwork associated with French electronic music (starting at the end of WW1), is scheduled to tour France for the next 12 months and is planned to feature in Marseille’s city of culture events in 2018 in paretnership with celebrated techno pioneer Jack de Marseille.
On Friday 20 October Ben Osborne willl also be convening a panel discussion on the history of French electronic music with DJ Yellow, Jean Jacques Brigé, Ygal Ohayon (Versatille), Eva Peel (Deviant Disco – Paris), Katherine Quint & Samy El Moudni (Chateau Perché) and David McKenna (French Music Office, London). The Noise of Art exhibtion is taking place in the contemporary music space within the world renown Moulin Rouge complex as part of MAMA 2017 and, with more DJ events to be announced, Ben Osborne and Eva Peel will be playing Hotel Particulier in Montmatre.
MAMA is a festival and conference for the international music industry, featuring live acts, international meetings, conferences and talks. MaMA takes place in Pigalle and Montmartre – the original heartland of clubs, art and jazz music in Paris.
